Our team was founded by security industry experts and former members of elite military and law enforcement units, each holding unmatched experience in assessing facilities, analyzing security programs and systems, and providing solutions that work. Alphasec Security Solutions has a staff compliment with unmatched industry experience in assessing security risk of facilities, analysing security programs and systems and designing cost effective security solutions that deliver. Our officers are well versed in armed security, protective support, emergency response, customer service and risk mitigation. At Alphasec Security Solutions, we are driven to fortify your security to protect what is most precious to our clients. Our overall strategic approach and tactical flexibility allows us to formulate security solutions tailor made to meet the different environmental challenges presented by each client individually.

TINASHE M. SHUMBAYAWONDA

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

An expert in coordination and formulation of synergies in complex working environments requiring precision teamwork in order to execute tactical security objectives. Vast knowledge in people skills, communication and needs assessment accrued from working in the NGO and civil society arena. He is a specialist in formulating tailor made integrated security solutions, tactical and strategic security consultancy and security systems vulnerability assessments. Tinashe Mannix Shumbayawonda holds a Bsc in Local Governance Studies (MSU) and a Msc in Public Administration (U.Z). Tinashe is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration with a focus on the interplay between security and development in emerging markets.

TAPIWA SHUMBAYAWONDA

OPERATIONS OFFICER

An experienced security industry expert who with intimate knowledge in the art of Counter-Intelligence and Counter Terrorism. He is exceptionally skilled in mitigating security threats through identification, targeting and neutralizing of security risks within the security systems of businesses as well as private residences. Tapiwa holds a Bsc in Political Science (UZ), Msc IR (UZ), and an MA in Police And Security Studies From the prestigious National Forensic Science University (NFSU) Gujarat, India. Tapiwa is currently pursuing a PhD in International Security Studies with a focus non-traditional threats to security in Africa.

TAONGA A. CHIGWA

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

An experienced security industry expert who received training from the Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA), the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) as well as the State Security Department from where she gained critical experience in Counter Narcotics, Counter Terrorism, Border Security and Control and Counter Transnational Organised Crime and Human Trafficking Operations. Her vast experience in Border Security and Control has given her unparalleled strategic and tactical security foresight in threat assessment and security risk mitigation. Taonga has vast experience in Operational Security (OpSec) as well as tactical security deployments. An expert in formulating strategic communication models with over five years experience. She has honed her skills in analysing, assessing, evaluating and writing security assessments with a focus on identifying and locating the nature, intensity and source of security risks and threats. Taonga holds a BA in Communication and a Msc in IR (MSU)
